    Update: Issue was related to AWS USE1 incident - https://status.aws.amazon.com/ Our infrastructure is recovered and pipelines are now running. We will coordinate via email to customers whose pipelines are still having replication delays. Rest assured that our team will monitor all pipelines.

    Update: Our team detected an issue with our infrastructure that is affecting the replication of all pipelines on the new platform. We are currently investigating the issue. Note that this only affects the customers and pipelines on the new dashboard. Applications on the legacy platform are still processing as expected.

    Update: Encountered data server load issue that caused Data Upload Errors to APN1 customers. We have already added two nodes to address the issue and currently repairing the sync for all affected applications.

    Status: Postmortem
    Update: **Thursday March 18, 8 AM Japan time:** Encountered inaccessibility issue with our servers that affected applications in US East 1. The issue was caused by an internal network disruption. Issue was resolved within 4 hours and all applications in US East 1 have been processing as expected since. FlyData Console and Secure Tunnel have also been available. We have put a plan in place and established safe guards so this does not happen again. Separately, we will be sharing the next generation release updates on FlyData improvements over the next few months.

    Update: Recovery is done and replication is back on track. Resolving this case. Post mortem will be shared shortly. Support will continue to monitor all applications in USE1 closely for the next 12-24hours.
