Description: The main cause was a sudden change of a network component by our infrastructure provider which affected our internal processes. Issue is now resolved and data replication is processing as expected.

Description: Some of the data servers in APN1 went down causing data parity issue for most of the applications in APN1 region. Servers impacted were immediately restarted and data parity issues have been repaired. Issue has been resolved and all affected applications have caught up with replication.

Description: The incident has been resolved. The affected US East 1 applications are now processing as expected.

Description: One of Flydata's data server in USE1 suddenly lost connection at around 5:30PM UTC of August 27. The data server has been immediately restored after the issue was identified by the team. All applications impacted were "repaired" to ensure the replication is back on shape. After few hours of monitoring, all applications' replication are now back to normal.
