    Status: Resolved
    Update: The main cause was a sudden change of a network component by our infrastructure provider which affected our internal processes. Issue is now resolved and data replication is processing as expected.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Some of the data servers in APN1 went down causing data parity issue for most of the applications in APN1 region. Servers impacted were immediately restarted and data parity issues have been repaired. Issue has been resolved and all affected applications have caught up with replication.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident has been resolved. The affected US East 1 applications are now processing as expected.
  • Time: Sept. 4, 2020, 9:33 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have relaunched the agent and restarted the affected applications. We are now monitoring the agent performance as well as the affected applications.

    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue.

    Update: One agent server in use1 is currently hanging that is affecting the some applications in US-EAST 1 . We are currently investigating the issue.

  • Time: Aug. 27, 2020, 10:15 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: One of Flydata's data server in USE1 suddenly lost connection at around 5:30PM UTC of August 27. The data server has been immediately restored after the issue was identified by the team. All applications impacted were "repaired" to ensure the replication is back on shape. After few hours of monitoring, all applications' replication are now back to normal.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have been constantly monitoring the sync times for the affected customers for the last 12 hours and the data sync times are back to normal.
  • Time: July 3, 2020, 11:51 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: All server nodes on us-east-1 region are almost caught up. We have added more clusters and other safeguards to address our growing base. We are monitoring performance and will update here when the last couple gaps have caught up. Again earlier today, one of our data server nodes on us-east-1 region was not active due to a potential hardware issue with our provider. Once this issue was resolved, there was a gap in sync for a few customers. We will be reaching out to these customers individually as well. All syncs are caught up.     Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We noticed one of our data server nodes on us-east-1 region was not active due to a potential hardware issue with our provider. We are further monitoring and investigating the data server node issue and working on fixing the sync delay issue. We will keep you updated here.
