    Update: We have deployed a fix to resolve an issue causing GoGuardian Fleet to be unresponsive and not load device information. Device information now loads as expected. We are continuing to monitor the issue. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any trouble caused by this interruption.

    Update: We have deployed a fix to resolve an issue causing GoGuardian Fleet to be unresponsive and not load device information. Device information now loads as expected.     Update: We have resolved an issue which occurred between 4/27/21 at 5:00am and 10:10am pacific time which resulted in increased reports of failed PDF report generation for GoGuardian Admin student history PDF exports. PDF exports generated via GoGuardian Admin should now work as expected. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this problem.

    Update: As of approximately 4/27/21 at 5am pacific time, we have seen increased reports of failed PDF report generation for GoGuardian Admin student history PDF exports. We are currently working to resolve this issue. We apologize for any trouble caused by these errors.

    Update: Over the past 8 days (starting on 3/9/21 at approximately 6am pacific time) we have been working to improve the speed at which GoGuardian Teacher session summary emails have been processed. We have made significant progress during this time, and processing time has significantly improved. We are continuing to monitor processing times to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for your patience throughout this period.
