Students should now appear as online with recent data. We apologize for any trouble this issue has caused.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue causing delays in browsing history within GoGuardian Teacher timelines, GoGuardian Admin, GoGuardian Parent, GoGuardian Gateway, GoGuardian Beacon, GoGuardian Director, and GoGuardian DNS traffic.     Update: GoGuardian Teacher timelines, scenes, commands, voice, and video calls as well as GoGuardian Admin/Beacon/DNS browsing history have recovered and are now functional. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue causing GoGuardian Teacher Timelines, Scenes, Commands (lock, open tab, close tab), voice, and video calls to not work as expected. GoGuardian Admin and Beacon browsing data may also currently be delayed/missing temporarily. Apologies for any trouble this may cause.

    Update: We have resolved an issue causing historical browsing history to be delayed within GoGuardian Admin, GoGuardian Teacher (timeline data), and GoGuardian Parent. Data in these products should now appear within their respective interfaces within a couple of minutes. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.
  • Time: Dec. 8, 2020, 5:34 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently working to resolve an issue causing historical browsing history to be delayed within GoGuardian Admin, GoGuardian Teacher (timeline data), and GoGuardian Parent. There has also been trouble with the GoGuardian Admin dashboard loading slower than expected. Realtime data in GoGuardian Teacher (tabs/screen view) as well as Admin filtering should be unaffected and working as expected. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.
