    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have resolved an issue causing wait times for GoGuardian Admin .csv exports to be longer than expected. Reports requested via email may take up to about 2 hours for execution and delivery depending on size. We are continuing to work to improve query speed and performance.
  • Time: Nov. 14, 2020, 1:11 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating and working to resolve an issue causing wait times for GoGuardian Admin .csv exports to be longer than expected. Reports may take in excess of 16 hours from the time of request to be processed and sent via email. The following instructions may be used as a temporary workaround: 1. Select the desired date range on the student report page 2. Adjust the results per page to 300 3. Use the print page functionality of the browser 4. Select "Save to PDF" as the printer Repeat steps as necessary per page of 300 results to capture/save all desired data for students. We apologize for any trouble this issue may cause.

    Update: We have resolved an issue causing the GoGuardian Admin dashboard to not load as expected. This issue occurred between 6:53am and 7:40 am PST. We apologize for any trouble this issue may have caused.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue causing the GoGuardian Admin dashboard to not load as expected. This issue began at about 6:53am PST. Admin filtering is still working as expected. We apologize for any trouble this issue may cause.

    Update: We have successfully resolved an issue causing delays in student history processing which caused in data obtained between 9:36AM and 1:50PM pacific time for GoGuardian Admin, Teacher timeline, Director, and Parent. We apologize for any trouble this issue has caused.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue causing delays in student history processing which may result in data obtained after approximately 9:36AM pacific time being temporarily unavailable for the following products/features: GoGuardian Teacher timeline and reporting GoGuardian Admin history and dashboard information GoGuardian Parent history and dashboard information GoGuardian Director dashboard information We apologize for any trouble this issue may cause.
