    Status: Resolved
    Update: During our investigation, AWS networking and latency issues have been identified as the main source of issues affecting GoGuardian products between 11:30am and 3:30pm PDT. We can now confirm service has been fully restored. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.
  • Time: Sept. 19, 2023, 1:42 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: During our investigation, AWS networking and latency issues have been identified as the main source of issues affecting GoGuardian products between 11:30am and 3:30pm PDT. We are closely following the AWS service health dashboard, and we've seen positive results based on GoGuardian product functionality since about 3:30pm PDT. Most if not all users should be able to use the majority of GoGuardian products and features. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated here with additional details. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

    Update: Some users may experience trouble loading data within GoGuardian products starting at approximately 11:30 AM PDT. We are currently investigating the issue and working towards a fix. We will keep you updated here with additional details. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Time: Sept. 6, 2023, 10:43 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have resolved an issue which occurred between 2:45pm PDT and 3:35pm PDT, which resulted in increased reports of trouble toggling filtering categories on/off within GoGuardian Admin. Toggling filtering categories within GoGuardian Admin should now work as expected. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
  • Time: Sept. 6, 2023, 10:11 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: As of approximately 2:45 PM PDT, we have seen increased reports of difficulty toggling policy categorizations within GoGuardian Admin. Our team is currently working to resolve this issue and will keep you updated as we implement a fix. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Filtering currently in place is not affected.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Some users may have experienced trouble loading historical browsing activity within GoGuardian Admin and GoGuardian Teacher between approximately Thursday, August 24, 2023 at about 3:00pm PST/6:00pm EST to 4:10pm PST/7:10pm EST. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

  • Time: Aug. 15, 2023, 7:03 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have resolved an issue causing nightly automated syncs for Clever and Classlink integrations to not run as expected. Please contact GoGuardian support if you continue to experience difficulty or if your next automated sync job fails to run. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
  • Time: Aug. 15, 2023, 5:36 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Starting 8/12/23 we have observed increased reports of incomplete nightly automated syncs for Clever and Classlink integrations. Our team is currently working to investigate and resolve this issue. Manually syncing Clever or Classlink integrations via https://manage.goguardian.com/integrations can be used as a temporary workaround. Please contact GoGuardian support if you continue to experience difficulty or if your manual sync jobs fail.

  • Time: July 25, 2023, 9:03 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have confirmed the issue causing GoGuardian Beacon to not load properly between 3PM and 4PM EDT (12PM-1PM PDT) has been fully resolved. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.
  • Time: July 25, 2023, 8:08 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented in regards to the trouble loading data and activity within GoGuardian Beacon and we are monitoring the results. Service seems to have been restored in the meantime.
  • Time: July 25, 2023, 7:08 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue causing GoGuardian Beacon to not load as expected. Counselors and super counselors may see a blank white page when attempting to access GoGuardian Beacon. Data and alerts are still being collected and saved although currently are not available. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue and are currently working to restore access.
