Description: During our investigation, AWS networking and latency issues have been identified as the main source of issues affecting GoGuardian products between 11:30am and 3:30pm PDT. We can now confirm service has been fully restored. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.

Description: We have resolved an issue which occurred between 2:45pm PDT and 3:35pm PDT, which resulted in increased reports of trouble toggling filtering categories on/off within GoGuardian Admin. Toggling filtering categories within GoGuardian Admin should now work as expected. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

Description: Some users may have experienced trouble loading historical browsing activity within GoGuardian Admin and GoGuardian Teacher between approximately Thursday, August 24, 2023 at about 3:00pm PST/6:00pm EST to 4:10pm PST/7:10pm EST. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

Description: We have resolved an issue causing nightly automated syncs for Clever and Classlink integrations to not run as expected. Please contact GoGuardian support if you continue to experience difficulty or if your next automated sync job fails to run. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
