    Update: NON-INTEGRATED MERCHANTS: Clover is currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions. As a result, you may receive error messages such as no access, not able to process, or you may be prompted to reboot your device. Please follow the on-screen prompt to reboot your device. If you continue to experience this issue please contact our support team at [email protected]. INTEGRATED MERCHANTS: Clover is currently experiencing intermittent device restarts and issues processing through emergepay. As a result, you may receive error messages such as no access, not able to process, or you may be prompted to reboot your device. If the device asks you to reboot, please follow the on-screen prompt. If you continue to experience issues processing through the integration, please try processing outside of the integration directly through the Clover device using the method below: Process directly on your Clover using the sale app (this requires exiting the Cloud Pay display app, tapping the Sale App and entering payment amount, and completing the payment) Note: transactions processed outside of your integration will not show up in the Gravity Dashboard or your software, but you will see successful transactions reflected on your AccessOne account. Thank you for your patience while this issue is being resolved.

    Update: Fiserv has acknowledged that this is an American Express network outage. For the time being, please utilize another card service while this issue persists.

    Update: You may experience issues processing with American Express cards. This appears to be a widespread issue with Amex and not localized to Gravity Payments. There is no official confirmation from Fiserv or Amex regarding the outage. For the time being, please utilize another card service and we will keep you posted.

  • Time: Nov. 3, 2022, 4:44 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved. At 8:30 PM MST there was a spike in errors observer that impacted merchants being able to process with Cloud Hardware. This spike aligns with an outage that Azure was experiencing at the time that impacted several services and lasted until 10:50 PM MST. The root issue with Azure was determined to be an underlying network infrastructure component exceeding an operational threshold, causing latency and timeouts for inter region and data center traffic. This issue has since been resolved and Cloud Hardware is seeing successful transactions.
  • Time: Nov. 3, 2022, 7:03 a.m.

    Update: We are continuing to investigate the issue. At this time the issue may be related to an ongoing service disruption in Azure.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue where Cloud Hardware may have slow responses or error states when processing transactions.

    Update: One of the processing platforms that we utilize experienced intermittent transaction failures for a small number of merchants. Services have resumed performing as expected and we will continue to monitor for any issues.
