    Update: This incident has been resolved. All backlogged data has been recovered.
  • Time: Dec. 7, 2020, 9:58 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Connectivity from HireVue to Taleo Enterprise Edition has been restored. New status updates are being sent and we are working through updates that were delayed during this event. HireVue continues to monitor these status updates and will provide an additional update once all status updates have been sent. We can confirm that no status update data has been lost.
  • Time: Dec. 4, 2020, 11:52 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: HireVue is monitoring a delay sending some status updates for customers using Taleo Enterprise Edition as their ATS. All data is being recorded and will be sent once the delay is resolved.

    Update: HireVue engineers have identified the cause of delays in assessment scoring and are preparing an update to resolve the issue.

    Update: The HireVue system is currently experiencing delays processing assessment scores. HireVue engineers are investigating the issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue is now resolved. We have seen no further issues entering live interviews with phone audio while monitoring.
  • Time: Nov. 4, 2020, 4:28 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: At this point we see that participants on interviews affected by this issue are now able to join the interview and connect to phone audio. HireVue will continue monitoring the status of this application.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating reports that interview participants are not able to enter a subset of live interviews using phone audio.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All live interview invite emails are being sent as expected. Emails that were not sent during the issue have now been sent as well.
  • Time: July 8, 2020, 10:09 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We've implemented a fix for the issue and all invites for newly created or scheduled live interviews are sending correctly now. We're monitoring error reports and preparing to send emails that were not sent while this issue took place.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We've identified why some invitations for live interviews are not being sent and are testing a fix for the issue.

    Update: HireVue monitoring has alerted us that some invitations to participate in live interviews are not being sent. We are currently investigating the issue.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: HireVue is investigating storage issues with our Russian Data Storage provider. We are getting applications back up and running. At this time, some candidates taking interviews from Russia will see error messages. Additionally, customers are unable to add new candidates that require data storage in Russia.
