    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: HireVue has verified that connectivity to our Russian Data Storage has been restored and continues to monitor. Candidates are now able to take interviews from Russia without errors. Customers are able to add new candidates that require data storage in Russia.

    Status: Identified
    Update: The provider HireVue uses for Russian Data Storage has acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix.
  • Time: May 29, 2020, 1:44 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: HireVue is investigating connectivity issues with our Russian Data Storage provider. At this time, some candidates taking interviews from Russia will see error messages. Additionally, customers are unable to add new candidates that require data storage in Russia.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our provider has resolved the issue affecting storage for CodeVue, resumes, and videos. HireVue monitoring shows that error rates are back to normal levels.
  • Time: May 19, 2020, 5:56 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: HireVue has observed a higher error rate than usual for: candidates testing CodeVue solutions, resume and document uploads, video playback, and video answer transcoding. In most cases, the operations are being retried automatically with a small delay. The underlying issue is being investigated by our storage provider.
