    Update: We are continuing to experience disruption of our analytics page for HireVue Video Interviews and Assessments in our US region only. AWS has experienced a power outage in one of their primary hosting sites, which has affected our analytics database. They are continuing to investigate and we are in active communication with them around their progress. We will post another update here as we get additional information, and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
  • Time: Dec. 22, 2021, 3:56 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating a problem in AWS which is affecting our analytics page and giving an error when accessed. We are actively working with Amazon on this issue and will update here as we have more information.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: AWS appears to have resolved the issue in GovCloud West and Oregon. We will continue to monitor for connectivity issues, but our systems are working as expected at this point.
