This surge overwhelmed our auditing system that tracks database operations, leading to performance degradation and the subsequent lockup of essential database processes on Cloud 4. Data Integrity remains intact; no data was lost. **Mitigation and Preventive Measures:** To mitigate the risk of a recurrence, we are implementing the following actions: * Optimizing the auditing system to handle increased workloads more efficiently. * Fine-tuning trigger configurations to reduce system overhead.
