    Update: **Incident Summary:** On 10/12/2023, Impexium clients hosted on Cloud 4 experienced a service disruption starting at 2:45 PM. ‌  **Root Cause:** The service disruption resulted from an unexpected spike in database activity. This surge overwhelmed our auditing system that tracks database operations, leading to performance degradation and the subsequent lockup of essential database processes on Cloud 4.
