    Update: Since our fix was implemented earlier today, Kindful organizations utilizing either QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop should now be seeing restored functionality to their integrations. This incident is now resolved.
  • Time: April 25, 2024, 4:07 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Over the last few days, organization utilizing Kindful's integration with QuickBooks (both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop) may have seen issues with syncing. We have now identified the cause of these issues and have implemented a fix. At this time, we are monitoring to ensure full functionality restoration. We apologize for any inconvenience that this issue has caused.

  • Time: April 24, 2024, 2:20 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: During a System Maintenance event 04/23/2024, Kindful experienced approximately 1 hour of downtime from 9:15 PM EDT to 10:15 PM EDT. The cause of the downtime was identified and Services have been restored. Our team is monitoring, and we do not expect any additional issues at this time.
