  • Time: Nov. 15, 2023, 1:43 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue where where users are unable to select a calendar when scheduling an interview has been resolved. The incident occurred from 11/9/2023 12:26 pdt - 11/14/2023 8:45am pdt. Users may need to reset permissions in order to schedule by following reset steps here https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/articles/4408862677133-Troubleshooting-issues-with-Google-Suite-and-Microsoft-account-syncing. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to us at Support if any additional assistance is needed: https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/requests/new
  • Time: Nov. 14, 2023, 5:55 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented for the issue causing Gsuite users to be unable to create Easy Book Links or Schedule interviews. Customers should now be able to schedule and create Easy Book Links as normal. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We’ve identified the issue causing where users are unable to select a calendar when scheduling an interview, and we’re working to implement a fix. As a workaround, please schedule any interviews directly on calendar. Additional updates will be provided as soon as a resolution is in place.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue regarding Indeed Apply applications not being created has been resolved. We have monitored this behavior closely and Indeed Apply feature has been working as expected, concluding that there should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to us at Support if any additional assistance is needed: https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/requests/new
  • Time: Oct. 31, 2023, 6:35 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: While we continue to work towards a permanent fix, Indeed has reactivated all accounts that utilize Indeed Apply integration that should remedy this behavior. Customers should now be able to utilize Indeed Apply without any issues moving forward and see candidate application created within Lever. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and also working towards putting a permanent fix to avoid similar situations in the future. Additional updates will be made as we make progress towards a resolution.
  • Time: Oct. 19, 2023, 4:45 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue affecting customers that are utilizing Indeed Apply, only on the US data center. We became aware of this issue at approximately Oct. 19th @ 9:30am PST. Postings can still be published on Indeed Apply but candidate application will not be created via that method, and candidates will be routed to the Lever hosted job posting. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from Indeed.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Google has confirmed that the issue with Google Calendar is resolved. More information on the incident can be found here: https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/incidents/7uJZ5F1Uy4n1n74iMacQ. Users should no longer experience issues scheduling in Lever due to this issue.
  • Time: Sept. 21, 2023, 3:24 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with Google Calendar, affecting customers using G Suite for their calendar integration. Google is investigating, and you can see additional updates here: https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/incidents/7uJZ5F1Uy4n1n74iMacQ. We became aware of this issue around 8 AM PT, and affected users may see errors such as "Something went wrong while updating calendar events." We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from Google.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue has been resolved. The domain lever-analytics.com is active again, and links included in Lever communications should work as expected. If any additional assistance is needed, please contact our Support team at https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/requests/new.
  • Time: Sept. 18, 2023, 5:22 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented, and links that are part of Lever messaging should start working as expected, instead of redirecting users to a namecheap landing page. We are currently monitoring for recurrences. A final notification will be sent out when the issue is considered to be fully resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 18, 2023, 3:46 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're currently investigating an issue with our domain registrar namecheap, related to lever-analytics.com. Links included in Lever messaging are routed through lever-analytics.com for tracking purposes. It is possible that users are redirected to a namecheap landing page, instead of seeing the expected Lever page. Additional updates will be provided as soon as a resolution is in place.
