    Update: We are currently investigating widespread errors with LinkedIn RSC syncs. Users may encounter error alerts in Lever and there may be disruptions to content syncing between Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter accounts.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Lever's Career Site Builder experienced some downtime earlier today. The outage started approximately at 9:00 PT this morning, and lasted around 2 hours and 30 minutes. This issue has been resolved. The Career Site Builder is back online, and working as normal.

    Update: The issue where candidate texting was not working has been resolved. The incident occurred from 11:16 AM PDT to 6:03 PM PDT.   • Time: June 28, 2023, midnight
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented for the issue causing the texting service outage Customers should now be able to utilize candidate texting. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

    Update: We’ve identified the issue causing the candidate texting feature to fail, and we’re working to implement a fix. Additional updates will be provided as soon as a resolution is in place.

    Update: We have identified an issue with Nylas, our third-party for Microsoft Exchange email/calendar integrations. This issue will affect emailing and scheduling in Lever for accounts that use Exchange/Nylas.
