Description: The issue with Database service private IP instance creation has been resolved for all affected projects as of Thursday, 2019-07-25 18:16 US/Pacific.

Description: On July 2nd between approximately 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM CEST, the LCS platform experienced database issues that resulted in connection errors for both existing and new servers. Over 90% of previously connected servers reconnected immediately after the issue was resolved. Additional incidents took place between July/03 06:00 PM and July/04 04:00 AM CEST leading to communication breakdowns between the LCS client app and the LCS platform, caused by network and/or LCS platform delays. The system has since returned back to normal operation and the LCS team is investigating the root cause of these incidents. Customers are advised to contact the Liferay Support team through help.liferay.com in case any error is persisting.
