    Status: Resolved
    Update: Liferay DXP instances connected to LCS were disconnected for a period of approximately 3 hours due to an unexpected infrastructure issue. Once service was restored, the affected DXP instances reconnected automatically. Customers that continue to see error messages related to the LCS connection can contact the Liferay Support team on help.liferay.com

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Based on an update from Cloudflare, the root cause seems to be fixed and we will continue to monitor the situation. For more information, please see Cloudflare's incident status. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/b888fyhbygb8

    Update: All domains seem to be back again. We are still monitoring the situation.

    Update: We have noticed an outage with our DNS provider, Cloudfare. This impacts DXP Cloud systems such as API and Console as well as service URLs. This outage should not affect the uptime of service pods or custom domains that are routed through another DNS provider. All services and applications should be reachable once the Cloudflare is fully operational. You can follow the status of Cloudflare directly on their status page: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ Our team is monitoring the situation closely.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: A pair of load balancers ran into memory issues and the processes were terminated by the Linux kernel. IT has restored service, and is debugging the root cause of the memory issues.

    Update: The Liferay Systems team is working on bringing the affected system back up.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident has been resolved and all systems are operational
  • Time: Oct. 23, 2019, 3:15 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Network programming and packet loss levels have recovered, but not all jobs have recovered. We will continue to monitor as the Google team continues to recover the systems. All services and networking should be operational now.

    Status: Identified
    Update: A few customer's have reported intermittent 503 errors when trying to reach their services. We believe this is caused by a networking incident on Google Cloud Platform and is only effecting services in our Oregon, USA (us-west1-c1) cluster.     Update: The fix has finished populating across the ingress endpoints and all services are accessible now. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update: The fix has been pushed and is being populated across the ingress endpoints of every environment. Many services are accessible again and all should be accessible soon.
