    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: April 24, 2023, 1:44 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Twitter Audience Insights Data Provider indicated that the issue is now resolved. While we confirmed the fix, and the feature is again working as expected, we will continue monitoring the situation for the time being.

    Update: An issue has been identified when clicking on View Audience Analysis from the Listening > Conversation feature. Our Audience Insights data partner informed us that they are working on it as we speak and we'll provide updates as soon as we have them

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After 3 days of monitoring, we feel confident that the current issue is now resolved.
  • Time: May 1, 2023, 6:43 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have implemented and rolled out a solution that detects and prevents the duplicates from being ingested into the ListenFirst platform. We've also completed a cleanup process that analyzed data historically, to identify and remove the duplicates already ingested into the platform. The resolution is live and the cleanup is complete. We will be closely monitoring this to ensure it's effectiveness.
  • Time: April 21, 2023, 3:15 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: While this remains an escalated issue on Facebook's side, we are working on our own way to 1) detect existing duplicate posts / remove from analysis, and 2) prevent future duplicate posts from flowing in. This is currently in testing and will provide a further update on timing as soon as we have it.
  • Time: April 19, 2023, 1:43 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with Facebook which is resulting in sporadic duplicate posts in our data source feed. This has been escalated to Meta Engineering teams and we are working closely with them to resolve. In the interim, our engineers are looking into temporary measures that we can implement to detect and correct the issue on our end.
