    Update: We are processing the backlog and are on track to be fully caught up by 9am ET tomorrow. We’ve confirmed there is no loss of data and are monitoring the data collection and analytics pipeline closely. This incident will remain open until data is fully available in platform.

As a result email alerts are not being sent to all recipients. This is not impacting any other Listening feature, tracking capability, or data feed. The issue is isolated to the active monitoring Twitter Conversation Alert service.
