  • Time: June 23, 2022, 8:03 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: An issue with our cloud platform led to degraded Integrations and resulted in an intermittent loss of data. As a result, customers may have noticed an increased frequency of offline status on Dashboards and some control sites transitioned to failsafe operation mode between 9:00 PM EST (6/22/2022) and 4:00 AM EST (6/23/2022). All operations are back to normal as of 10:00 AM EST on 6/23/2022. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have further questions about your operations.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: March 24, 2022, 12:38 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Without Opti making any changes, this issue appears resolved as both impacted customers and our internal test gmail account can now sign-in consistently. We are monitoring the systems impacted.
  • Time: March 23, 2022, 10:57 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are aware of an issue that is causing users who sign in with @gmail.com accounts to fail to sign in to the Opti Portal. This incident is not impacting other sign-in providers or on-site operations.

  • Time: Feb. 23, 2022, 11:58 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Impacted user permissions have been restored from backups. User sign-in is working normally again.
  • Time: Feb. 23, 2022, 6:53 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Several customers have had their permissions removed or reset due to human error cleaning up old accounts. Most users are unaffected, and we are restoring permissions from a backup copy. We expect to have fully-addressed this issue before the end of the day.

  • Time: Jan. 6, 2022, 6:35 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved. All sites and services have been restored to their pre-incident condition.
  • Time: Jan. 6, 2022, 4:46 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our cellular provider has implemented a fix for the issue, and we have seen most of our facilities return to normal operation, although remote control still appears to be confirming more slowly than expected. We are monitoring the platform and will provide another update by the end of the day, or if any conditions change.
  • Time: Jan. 6, 2022, 3:58 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: An issue with our cellular provider has resulted in all Opti Panels going offline as of 10:27 AM EST. Our provider is aware and working to resolve this issue. Opti Panels will not begin to transition to failsafe until 12:27 PM EST. We will provide an update by noon EST.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue has been resolved, all Public API requests are flowing normally.
  • Time: Oct. 7, 2021, 2:15 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: There was an issue re-issuing a certificate for the Opti Public API, and customer integrations with that service have been unable to connect since the start of today (10/7). No site operations or dashboard functionality is impacted by this issue. Our teams are responding and we expect to have service restored within the next 2 hours.
