Description: There was an approximately 15 minute window where a subset of transactions failed to be sent to their destination due to errors involving acknowledgement processing. The error was detected immediately and cause determined shortly after. A fix was then applied to stop the issue immediately. Delayed transactions were then reprocessed.

Description: A spike of high blocks caused sender reputation issues and e-mail sending to be preblocked. We now see emails are being successfully sent and the number of blocks is near zero from the Orderful side.
