    Update: We received confirmation from VAN provider that the issue is resolved. They are still investigating the root cause but a measure has been put in place to mitigate the impact should it arise again before the cause can be patched.

    Update: We are still experiencing intermittent connection issues with ECGRID. We are actively working with them to fully resolve.

    Update: **Summary**: Orderful discovered an issue that prevented automatically generated 997's from being created from approx. 4:45 pm PT on 1/30/23 to 9:45 am PT 1/31/23. **Root cause:** A product release on 1/30/23 inadvertently introduced a bug and impacted the auto-generation of 997s from the Orderful platform. **Resolution:** A new product release on 1/31/23 fixed the bug and Orderful retroactively generated and sent the missing 997s. **Mitigation:** Orderful has added additional integration tests to catch any similar bugs on future releases prior to deployment.     Status: Resolved
    Update: All back logged transactions have caught up.
  • Time: Jan. 4, 2023, 7:10 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Processing catch up has now been able to catch up from "both sides" meaning the oldest affected transactions on legacy comm channels and the newest are being successfully updated and it's working to the middle. This should greatly decrease/stop the false positive e-mail notifications and processing continues.
  • Time: Jan. 4, 2023, 5:59 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Legacy communication channels continue to progress. As time outs are exceeded it may generate failure e-mail notifications. Those may be false positives as the transaction is successfully delivered with a delay. We recommend waiting 60 minutes to verify the delivery failed. We are currently attempting to give the legacy infrastructure more resources to process the back log quicker.
  • Time: Jan. 4, 2023, 4:17 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Resolution in place. Legacy communication channel throughput is fixed so processing continues to catch up. Native communication channels unaffected.
  • Time: Jan. 4, 2023, 3:07 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Transaction processing delays appear to have peaked and are returning to standard times. Once they are back any failed data will be retried.

    Update: The cause of the issue has been identified. Short term mitigation steps are being attempted
