    Update: We observed some connection errors on a subset of transactions on the Worldpay VAP processing platform for a period of time this morning. There have been no errors since 12:06pm Eastern. Payrix and Worldpay continue to isolate and diagnose.

    Update: Upon further investigation, it has been determined that Payrix is not being impacted by this incident. Please disregard any previous communication for this incident. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: There is an incident affecting transaction authorizations on the Worldpay Core Processing platform when processing with Visa. Some Visa transactions may be declined. Worldpay technical resources are working to identify and resolve the issue. Updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.

    Update: All systems are operational. Transactions continue to process as expected.

    Update: While AWS has not yet reported an all clear, we are now seeing all transactions process as expected. Monitoring will continue and we will communicate any changes as necessary.

    Update: AWS network connectivity issues are hindering full recovery. Improvement is expected in the next 30 minutes. We have seen no additional API issues. A small percent of transactions on one platform may receive error messages while restoration completes.

Our engineers continue to monitor the situation and are working with 3rd party carriers to address the issues.
