Description: Transactions from a subset of merchants were rejected with the error message “Merchant prevented from creating this transaction“. A subset of merchants also experienced a HTTP 500 error.

Description: This evening, April 13th, we experienced a payout issue that will delay the disbursement for some merchants. We are actively working on processing the impacted disbursement file via Same Day ACH to go out tomorrow morning, April 14th, with funding tomorrow afternoon. Work is currently in process to prepare that file. We are sorry for any inconvenience this creates for both you and your customers. If you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager or Payrix Support.

Description: We encountered a server issue during routine maintenance and application deployment. Between 11:12PM EST and 11:41PM EST on 03-11-2021, API requests were receiving Internal Error 500 as responses. This issue was remediated by our on-call personnel as soon as the root cause was determined and we have created additional monitors to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
