    Update: The incident is now resolved.

    Update: The incidents with Google's Cloud services have been mitigated, functionality and performance of our API and dashboard have returned to normal. We will monitor the situation and update if any changes occur.

    Update: The issue has been identified and is resulting from a networking outage with our cloud provider (Google Cloud), and more specifically the 'europe-west1-b' region some of our services run in. Google are investigating and a fix should follow imminently. We are among a large number of their customers effected. We are also investigating mitigations we can make, and will keep the you updated.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our API experienced an intermittent issue with event processing between 16:44 UTC and 19.18 UTC. This has resulted in a partial loss in event data during this period. This issue was caused by a bug in a routine deployment which was not detected during testing. The deployment has now been rolled back and API services are fully restored. We will continue to monitor the situation and our engineering team will plan improvements to reduce the risk of downtime in future.
