Description: Our API experienced an intermittent issue with event processing between 16:44 UTC and 19.18 UTC. This has resulted in a partial loss in event data during this period. This issue was caused by a bug in a routine deployment which was not detected during testing. The deployment has now been rolled back and API services are fully restored. We will continue to monitor the situation and our engineering team will plan improvements to reduce the risk of downtime in future.

Description: Our API experienced downtime between 07:47 UTC and 08:02 UTC. The issue has now been resolved and API services are fully restored. Our initial analysis shows that the failures were caused by a large spike in traffic, which led to failures in several of our API instances. We will continue to monitor traffic throughout the day and and our engineering team will plan infrastructure improvements to reduce the risk of downtime in future.
