    Update: The issue is resolved by Workday and we see all integrations are working fine. Phenom will monitor the integrations for the next few hours.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Engineering teams observed intermittent issues in getting data from Workday ATS due an issue on Workday's end. It is impacting our WD customers' integrations in the US regions; staging and production environments. Please see their current status using the below link: (https://community.workday.com/trust/status). Currently, we are monitoring the Integrations and will update the latest here.

  • Time: Nov. 10, 2023, 3:22 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: We would like to provide you with an update regarding the recent DNS issue that affected certain production career sites and Phenom products on November 1st, 2023. On November 1st, our Phenom monitoring team detected a domain problem managed through our DNS provider. This resulted in the inaccessibility of certain production career sites and certain Phenom products. In response to this issue, we worked diligently with our DNS provider to resolve the DNS problems. To immediately address the issues across our platform, we made the decision to migrate to an alternate DNS solution.  Since the propagation of DNS across third-party ISPs can vary, the Phenom team closely monitored the situation and observed that the changes were successfully picked up by a selection of name servers in various regions around the world. We understand the inconvenience this issue may have caused and sincerely apologize for any disruption you have experienced.     Status: Resolved
    Update: Phenom Engineering worked with our DNS providers and successfully resolved the DNS issues. With extended monitoring, Phenom confirms all production careersites and platform applications are up and running fine. Infact, we did not receive any new cases since Friday and this incident is good to be closed now. Please reach out to Support in case of any specific questions or root cause analysis on this one. We regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your continued support.

    Update: The DNS servers we’ve been monitoring throughout the world are now showing the changes have propagated. Currently, the majority of the hosted career sites, Phenom products, and the Support portal that were impacted are now accessible again. In parallel to the above, Phenom teams are monitoring to ensure the entire Phenom platform is restored. As for the Root Cause Analysis, our team will perform an extensive audit which will be shared as soon as it becomes available.
