Description: Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Marketing Campaigns has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Description: Starting 5:00PM PST on Monday, April 8th, a small subset of customers saw a delay in email delivery that lasted up to 18 hours, all emails were sent successfully. Any users who saw any abnormal delay on their delivery could potentially have been affected due to this incident. There were a total of 26,300 emails affected by this incident. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.

Our engineers have investigated and fixed this issue for newly created teammates as of 4:30PM PST April 5th. Customers who created a teammate between Thursday and Friday are advised have to delete and recreate a new teammate to be able to edit the scopes. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
