    Update: Today from 12:20 PM PST to 12:33 PM PST our engineers have investigated and resolved an issue with 406 errors at some endpoints. Customers may have received 406 errors when attempting to access the Twilio SendGrid web application and at some API endpoints. This did not impact mail send. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.

    Update: Our engineers have concluded the monitoring status and now all services are back to normal. Blogs can now be accessed. This incident is officially resolved.

    Update: Our engineers have identified the log in issue for legacy accounts that started at 10:47am PST and confirmed that it has been resolved around 1:00 PM PST. All services are now operating normally at this time.

    Update: Beginning around 7:30am PST SendGrid engineers noticed intermittent timeouts for some users when trying to login to the SendGrid console or UI. There is no impact to mail send, and the API is available as a workaround. If you experience a timeout error, you may also be able to successfully login on future attempts. We are still investigating, and will follow up in 1 hour or sooner if we have more information.
