    Update: Beginning around 7:30am PST SendGrid engineers noticed intermittent timeouts for some users when trying to login to the SendGrid console or UI. There is no impact to mail send, and the API is available as a workaround. If you experience a timeout error, you may also be able to successfully login on future attempts. We are still investigating, and will follow up in 1 hour or sooner if we have more information.

This issue is currently limited to the Event Webhook under Mail Settings in the SendGrid UI. We will provide another update in an hour or sooner as more information becomes available.

    Update: Our engineers have monitored the issue have concluded that this issues has been completely resolved. No issues have been reported for the last hour. We are moving our incident to Resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

    Update: Starting around 5:07 AM PT to 7:39 PT, users might have experienced a delay on their stats for only a total of 15% of the total count. This means that only 15% of the stats for some users were delayed. Our engineers were able to identify the issue and applied a fix, we are now currently monitoring the result of this fix, and will provide another update within the next 1 hour, or as soon as more updates become available.

Issue has been identified and a fix has been deployed. We are monitoring the last errors since and will update on the impact.
