    Update: Starting around 6:00 PM PST on Thursday, January 18th, 2024, our engineers began investigating an issue with accessing IP Access Management, Sender Authentication and Webhook settings at the Sendgrid's User Interface. When accessing those features, customers are returned the error message "We encountered an error. We're sorry, we were unable to load the page." There's no impact to Mail Send functionality. We are actively working to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

    Update: Starting around 11:20 PM PST on January 16th 2024 to 5.00 AM PST January 17th 2024 , our engineers began investigating an intermittent issue with the Account Sign Ups. A small subset of requests from users would have experienced failures with account signups. This issue has been mitigated and resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Users may experience issues with processing bounces, spam reports, list unsubscribes, and inbound parse messages. This did not impact mail send. The certificate has now been updated and no expired certificates remain.
