    Update: Our downstream carriers have confirmed that we are seeing blocks decrease and the remaining affected numbers will need to be handled on a case by case basis. We are seeing average deliverability across active users, and will continue to update any user still affected on their Sense Support Ticket. Please continue to work with our team on your Sense Support ticket if you are still seeing issues. If new issues arise, please file a new ticket at https://support.sensehq.co/hc/en-us/requests/new. We’ll continue to monitor and review each report on a case by case basis, and continue to provide updates from our findings.

    Update: Thank you for your patience as we investigated and worked with our downstream carriers for all numbers affected by blocking from AT&T recipients. We have seen a significant decrease in filtering across the board and are continuing to monitor. We have confirmed majority of these were able to be overturned by our downstream carriers, but will need further information from those that are still showing a block reported on their number. We will treat these on a case by case basis Please continue to work with our team on your Sense Support ticket if you are still seeing issues. If new issues arise, please file a new ticket at https://support.sensehq.co/hc/en-us/requests/new. We’ll continue to monitor and review each report on a case by case basis, and continue to provide updates from our findings.

    Update: We have been able to confirm that the increased filtering is happening on AT&T network for the impacted numbers. Our providers are proactively escalating to AT&T, any numbers that have experienced a filtering error in the last three days. A resolution path has been defined and all escalations are either actively being investigated or have already resulted in numbers being unblocked. We will update when we have more information on what caused this increase in filtering issues on the AT&T A2P routes

    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Between Monday, July 25, 2022 to Thursday, July 28, 2022, we experienced a series of intermittent issues with our websocket service. The websocket service is responsible for pushing live updates to open web pages and Chrome extension tabs of Sense Messaging users when time-sensitive information comes in, such as receiving new SMS messages from candidates. The issues were intermittent and did not impact all users equally.  The websocket service issue was caused by a scalability tipping point. The websocket service was unable to safely scale with the addition of new servers and increased scale. The team has deployed a newly designed service as of Thursday, July 28 and are continuously monitoring its performance as well as customer support tickets. We are seeing stable connectivity since. We are fully auditing all older services to meet our current design and scalability requirements, and we have put in additional rigorous standards and procedures to mitigate issues like this in the future.     Update: Some Sense Messaging users have been experiencing intermittent connectivity issues this week. We discovered a software bug that was triggered by a certain pattern of increased scale and usage. As a result, some customers were unable to send messages or had to reconnect. ‌ We have identified the root cause of the bug and have taken several mitigating steps to reduce the impact of this issue. We are actively working on the updates to the infrastructure to resolve the bug and have instituted additional monitoring to ensure scaling without issues moving forward.
