Users with Admin permissions can disable quoting for the carrier by taking the following steps: - Route to app.shiphero.com > Shipping > Carriers - Select the settings for the carrier you are having issues with - Select “Disable Quoting” PLEASE NOTE: - Disabling the ability to quote will force other carriers to be used, which could result in higher shipping costs. - This change can only be done by a user with Admin rights. - Disabling quoting will also prevent labels from being generated with this carrier. - You are responsible for re-enabling quoting once the issue is resolved.
