    Update: A fix has been implemented for Reno and Lancaster and orders have resumed being shipped from those locations. We are in the process of applying tracking information to the orders that have been shipped. While it may take a few days for these facilities to process the backlog of orders, we will be closing out orders as we receive shipping confirmation.     Update: We have deployed the fix in Production to make sure that the Business Report Emails are going out correctly. But we are seeing that certain emails are not going out, containing the Inventory and Order Reports which are dynamically generated from the Shipwire UI. We are working on a fix to make sure that the Inventory and Order Reports are emailed out. Please stay tuned!

    Update: Hello, On Friday November 10, 2023 at 7:00AM PST, we will be doing some maintenance to the Shipwire platform until 9:00 AM PST. During this time, there may be a 5 to 10 minute window of downtime for some of our systems that generate business reports. Order flow will not be impacted, just some business reports will fail to generate if requested during the 5 to 10 minute window of downtime. In the event that you get an error when requesting a business report from the Shipwire dashboard, we ask that you allow for 10 minutes to pass before reattempting to request the business report. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.     Update: Hello, This morning, we discovered that some orders had erroneous holds put on them for missing ECCN, HTS, or for failing RPL validation. We discovered that this was due to a misconfiguration between micro services that resulted in this. We have implemented a hot fix for this and our support team are almost finished with removing the holds from the orders that should not have been held.
