During this maintenance, our technical team will be performing necessary updates and improvements to enhance the performance and reliability of the database that services our Beta environment. While we anticipate the downtime to be minimal, please be advised that there might be a 5 to 10-minute period of unavailability during the maintenance window.     Update: We are pleased to share that all systems are fully operational in our Millington, TN warehouse and that all backlogs from the earlier outage have since been resolved.     Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Millington warehouse is gradually resuming operations this morning, temporarily using generator power until utility service can be restored (likely in the next two to three days). The team is working diligently to recover from yesterday's outage and clean up efforts. We appreciate your ongoing patience as we catch up on order processing.

    Update: The Millington/Mid-South area was hit by a severe storm last night and our Millington, TN warehouse is currently without power. Our maintenance team is currently assessing damage to the facility and we are awaiting updates from the utility company as to when power will be restored. In addition to the power outage, communication lines are also down throughout the area. We will provide updates as information becomes available.     Update: Hello, We wanted to inform you about an upcoming maintenance we will be deploying to the Shipwire system. Specifically, we have made some changes to our Shopify connector in preparation for a future deployment later on this month. We will be deploying these Shopify connector updates on June 19, 2023 at 8:00 PM PST. While there will be no downtime to the Shipwire platform or Shopify connections, we will be closely monitoring order imports from Shopify stores. In the event that any orders are missed during this maintenance window, the import process will be restarted in order to import missed Shopify orders into the Shipwire platform.
