    Update: Cloudinary have implemented a fix and the issue appears to be resolved. We will continue to monitor to see if this issue reoccurs.

    Update: Due to an external disruption in Cloudinary services, some images are failing to load. We are monitoring the situation. For full details, see Cloudinary's status page at https://status.cloudinary.com/

    Update: The incident has been resolved. Our Engineering team will continue to monitor.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are seeing increased rates of failure to resolve DNS on herokuapp.com domains and custom domains both in Common Runtime and Private Space. This is causing failed requests to customers' apps. Shogun Users may experience difficulties logging in and using the platform. Engineering is actively investigating this issue and we'll provide an update shortly.

    Update: Systems are now operational for both Frontend and Page Builder. We will continue to monitor the resolution - should you face any issues, please contact support via the Customer Portal.

    Update: Due to issues with our hosting provider, Shogun Frontend is currently unavailable. Performance of Page Builder is also impacted. We are currently investigating and monitoring the situation.

This issue appears to have been resolved, however, you may need to clear your cookies since access tokens have expired (which may prevent the logout button from showing).
