    Update: We have identified an internet browsing issue affecting few customers, and working on adequate measures to mitigate it. We are currently investigating the issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have resolved the DNS resolution issues for the affected Transparent proxy customers and the service is running normal. As such the incident stands closed.
  • Time: April 5, 2022, 1:32 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are aware of an issue which affected DNS resolution for some Transparent proxy customers while using local DNS servers and we have applied a fix to resolve the same. We will keep monitoring and update the status

    Update: We have monitored the services and all looks stable now. As such we are closing this incident.
  • Time: March 29, 2022, 4:57 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The power has been now restored to our data centers. We have confirmed that connectivity customers are unaffected by this power outage. We are monitoring the service to ensure stability.
  • Time: March 29, 2022, 1:35 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are aware there are currently power issues within London due to a fault on a high voltage underground electricity cable which is affecting the power feeds into our data centres. All services are currently operational and generators are online as a precaution. There is currently no impact to our services but they should be considered at risk.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have monitored the affected service and all looks stable now. As such we are closing this incident.
  • Time: March 24, 2022, 10:44 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Connectivity at most of the sites has now restored. We are monitoring the service to ensure stability.
  • Time: March 24, 2022, 8:40 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Telco has confirmed there is a power cut at the Hertfordshire region, which caused multiple DSL EoFTTC customers to go offline. Further updates will be provided in due course.
  • Time: March 24, 2022, 7:10 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of a connectivity issue affecting multiple DSL EoFTTC customers in the Hertfordshire region. Our Telco supplier is aware of the issue and is investigating as a matter of urgency. Further updates will be provided in due course.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have been monitoring the service and the changes in Transparent Proxy IP ranges in SafetyNet user Interface is now getting reflected. We will now close this incident.

    Update: We have applied a fix and enabling Transparent Proxy IP ranges in SafetyNet user Interface is now getting reflected. We are monitoring the services to ensure that there are no more failures. We will keep the status posted.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of an issue of our customers in "South West Grid for Learning" , while enabling Transparent Proxy IP ranges in SafetyNet user Interface are not getting reflected. Our engineers are investigating on this to resolve the same We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information on our investigations.
