Updates:

  • Time: Feb. 7, 2024, 10:03 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
Update: This incident has been resolved. Summary: Beginning last week we made a change to add a URL to the list-unsubscribe header to be compliant with new rule “one-click” unsubscribe requirements from Gmail and Yahoo. After this update, some customers started reporting an increase in [new] junk foldering of messages destined to Office 365 addresses - it appears they were flagged by Microsoft’s Defender filtering framework. We worked with Microsoft who made changes to address this issue. In addition, some customers reported a large increase in opens and clicks on Monday and Tuesday of this week that we believe were caused by some action by Microsoft - likely a reclassification or redelivery routine.

Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Jan. 16, 2024, 8:47 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
Update: Earlier today at 15:00 UTC we rolled out an update to the event webhooks framework in the US region and this caused some customers to receive events more than once (the incident ended at 20:30 UTC). While we don't guarantee zero duplication of data received via webhooks, this incident caused some customers to receive up to twice the number of events expected during this timeframe. We are letting you know because it resulted in a significant bump in webhooks traffic for some customers. (No extra action is necessary for those customers who already de-duplicate data using event_id.)
