    Update: We are currently investigating an issue where some orders are not displaying in the Rewards Genius order history tab. We advise that orders placed may have successfully completed, but are not displaying in the order history. We will update once we know more.

    Update: We have fixed the issue, and all reports that were generating have now finished successfully.

    Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with our Rewards Genius reporting service taking longer than normal to process. At this time, reports will show as "Generating." We will update once we have fixed the issue. At that time, we expect that reports currently in "Generating" will be requeued, and no customer action will need to be taken. We will update once we know more.

    Update: We have identified the bottleneck, and all line item statuses have caught up.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Line items in Rewards Genius are in some instances still displaying a "pending" status. We are currently investigating why these statuses are not updating, despite being sent.
