    Update: We have now caught up and all queues have been processed. Streaming API V2 is operational and no longer have delay affecting it. No data was lost during this incident.

    Update: We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

    Update: We are currently seeing a stable parsing of the queue. The processing is going a little slower than anticipated, but some features of the streaming API has recovered fully. We will continue to monitor the parsing of the remainding queue. Next update: When the queue has been fully processed.

    Update: A 3rd party vendor has been experiencing network issues. We are currently starting to see recovery, and currently processing the queue left in the system. We estimate that it will take around 1 hour to recover and catch up. There has been no data loss during this event. Customer should be able to ingest data via the streaming API, although delayed.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are still experiencing issues, and no new data are currently being published to streaming API v2. The last data that was transmitted via the streaming api was at 18.35 CET. Currently we are working on confirming with the 3rd party vendor are timelines and recovery. Next update at: 21.40

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with the streaming API v2, which is causing delays in the pipeline. The delay is currently around 1 hour. A 3rd party vendor is currently having issues with a underlying service, which is affecting streaming API V2. Next update 20.50 CET
