    Update: We have identified a fix and are in the process of rolling it out. We expect this issue to be mitigated within the next 2 hours.

    Update: We apologize for the long-running issue. We are continuing to work with the Looker team at Google to find a mitigation.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have discovered an issue in a component in the Insights product and are currently working on a fix. During this process, some experiences, primarily around dashboard access, alerts, and scheduled report delivery, will experience temporary disruptions. All other functionalities will continue to work. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will continue to provide regular updates.

    Update: The issue has been mitigated. We suspect that there is a bad Kubernetes pod and we have restarted it. The impact is minimum.

    Update: Some customers accessing automation cloud from north Europe may experience intermittent connectivity issue. Teams are investigating this issue.

    Update: The issue of inaccessible audit logs has been resolved.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The issue of inaccessible audit logs has been mitigated. The clean up scripts, which will not have any impact to the named issue, are still running in a few remaining regions.

    Update: We have a hot fix to stop logging the problematic events, and are running cleaning up scripts to fix the existing events in most regions. The scripts are still running in a few remaining regions.
