Description: On 10th October 2024 at around 10:00 AM UTC, an OData library upgrade introduced a URL handling issue within Orchestrator, affecting the way URLs were processed, particularly with case sensitivity and trailing slashes. This caused disruptions in robot job execution, leading to job failures. Additionally, a subset of customers experienced non-functional API routes, resulting in further interruptions to their workflows. The issue had a global impact on our customer base, with certain customers encountering failed job executions and inaccessible API endpoints. Our team has identified and resolved the issue by 11th October 2024, 03:00 PM UTC. The affected components have been restored, and all API routes are now functioning correctly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during the resolution of this incident.
