    Update: Our email provider extensively uses AWS for their infastructure. Beginning earlier today, AWS started experiencing intermittent errors https://status.aws.amazon.com/ that are causing delays in the delivery of our Feedback related emails. Helpdesk emails appear not to be affected by this issue.
