Description: After further monitoring, this incident is now considered resolved. The increase in latency for webhook events and job processing lasted for 30 minutes, from 18:45 UTC to 19:15 UTC. The latency had increased to a maximum of 5 minutes and has subsequently returned to normal. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Workato Support at support.workato.com.

Description: On January 17th, 2024, at 07:50 AM UTC, a DNS issue impacted calls made to external AWS secret managers within recipes. Some customers might have experienced job failures with "Connection refused" errors in recipes that were using custom connectors to access the AWS secret manager service using external AWS accounts. The issue was resolved at 05:48 AM UTC on January 18th, 2024. Description: On January 11th, around 6:45 AM UTC, a release related to Workato's Lookup Table connector introduced a change in behavior for the Search Entries, Add Entry and Update Entry actions. This change impacted recipes using the aforementioned actions with certain non-string input values in formula mode. As a result, the actions behaved incorrectly without throwing errors. Recipes with this specific configuration may have experienced job errors or downstream logic issues due to the unexpected change in the actions' behavior. The issue was resolved at 12:41 PM UTC by reverting the previously applied change. We advise users to inspect any jobs related to Lookup Tables that were executed during the incident to ensure that they were processed correctly along with any associated lookup table entries.
