    Status: Resolved
    Update: Between 11:05 AM ET and 12:25 PM ET, customers attempting to export to third-party integrations (including all CRM integrations) may have faced errors preventing exports. ZoomInfo Engineering identified and released a fix to prevent these export failures and monitored the fix closely. This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our Engineering team has confirmed that calls that were previously impacted by delays in call processing should now be processed and available. Chorus should continue to join meetings as normal and the platform continues to be operational. Thank you for patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
  • Time: Oct. 24, 2023, 7:23 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the issue causing call joining and call processing delays. Chorus should now be joining all calls (via streaming) in real-time. Call processing may still be delayed as all queued calls process. During this time, some calls may not be available or accessible in platform and some calls may show an incorrect call status, such as "live" or "not recorded". The Chorus platform is operational and users can continue to utilize Chorus as normal during this time. We will continue to post updates about this issue as we have them.

    Update: We are continuing to investigate the issue impacting call processing and delays. Users may be see issues with Chorus joining calls temporarily as our Engineering team continues to investigate.

    Update: We are continuing to investigate the issue causing call processing delays. During this time, Chorus Streaming recording will not be available and all calls will be recorded via Chorus Notetaker bot.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is causing delays with call processing and call recording/joining. During this time, some calls may not be available or accessible in platform and some calls may show an incorrect call status, such as "live" or "not recorded". Additionally, transcription or speaker separation may not be available until calls fully process. Please know our engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.

    Update: We have confirmed that the issue with third party auth login for Ringlead is now resolved. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

    Update: Our Engineering has deployed a fix for this issue. Users should now be able to login using third party auth providers. We will continue to monitor the fix to ensure the issue is resolved.

    Update: Our Engineering team is aware of an issue that is impacting users' ability to log in to Ringlead using third party auth providers. Our Engineering team is actively investigating this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as we have them. Manual logins utilizing username and password should not be impacted during this time.

    Update: We have determined the cause of the call processing delays and implemented a fix. All calls should now be processing in real-time.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is causing delays with call processing. During this time, some calls may not be available or accessible in platform and some calls may show an incorrect call status, such as "live" or "not recorded". Additionally, transcription or speaker separation may not be available until calls fully process. No data loss should occur from this issue and call recordings will become available once the processing issue is resolved. The Chorus platform is operational and users can continue to utilize Chorus as normal during this time. We will continue to post updates about this issue as we have them.

    Update: A fix has been implemented for the issue preventing the Chorus notetaker bot from joining some calls on Zoom. This issue should now be resolved and the Chorus notetaker bot should be joining calls on Zoom as expected. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
  • Time: Oct. 19, 2023, 3:10 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our Engineering team is aware of an issue impacting the Chorus notetaker bot from joining some calls on Zoom, which is preventing some calls from being recorded.
