    Update: The fix implemented by Engineering has resolved the issue. Engineering is still working on reindexing company accounts that were added while the issue was occurring; these accounts should become visible on the Accounts page over the next couple of hours.
  • Time: Oct. 11, 2023, 8:10 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Engineering has identified the cause of the issue and implemented a fix; the issue should now be resolved. Any company accounts that were created or imported within the last hour may not be visible yet. Engineering will be working on reindexing this data and we will share an update when that has been completed.
  • Time: Oct. 11, 2023, 7:26 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with Engage not showing account data on the Accounts page. Our Engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating the cause. We will continue to post updates as we have them and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

  • Time: Oct. 3, 2023, 9:01 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The fix that Engineering deployed has resolved the issue with call processing delays on Chorus. Previously impacted calls are being reprocessed and should be fully within a few hours. All new calls should process within the expected timeframe.
  • Time: Oct. 3, 2023, 6:58 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Engineering has identified the issue and completed a roll back to resolve the issue. New calls should now process within an expected timeframe. Calls that occurred prior to the fix being deployed may still experience processing delays. Engineering expects these calls to complete processing over the next few hours. Engineering will continue to monitor this issue. We will continue to provide updates as soon as possible.

    Update: We are aware of intermittent issues impacting Chorus's call processing. During this time, users may notice delays of call recordings and transcripts being generated. Please know our engineering teams are working hard to resolve the underlying issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.

    Update: Chorus customers using the calendar integration may experience issues due to an outage with one of our third-party vendors. Throughout this third party vendor outage, new meetings added to calendar will not be synced to Chorus and Chorus may have issues joining these calls. Existing meetings should not be impacted and should join as normal. The issue is being actively investigated by our third party vendor.
