Description: We had an incident earlier this morning, from 8:54 am to 8:59 am PT, where requests to the /upload endpoint were not completing successfully. Requests made during this time would have encountered 503 errors. This issue was resolved at 8:59 am PT and we have continued to see good performance since that time.
