    Update: We addressed the cause of the unscheduled interruption, and as of 9:45 a.m. ET all customers were able to access www.aweber.com and broadcast archives. No other AWeber services were impacted during this interruption, including email sending, subscriber sign ups, and public API. Thank you for your patience.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently experiencing an unscheduled interruption, causing our main site www.aweber.com and broadcast archives to be inaccessible. All other AWeber services appear to be working at this time, including email sending, subscriber sign ups, and public API. Our team is currently working to identify the cause and resolve it. We will provide updates as they become available. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

    Update: We have completed the switch to a backup CDN provider. All images are loading normally. Thank for you for your patience.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Image hosting for sent emails as well as customer logos has been flipped to a backup CDN provider and should be loading for the vast majority of customers at this point. DNS records should finish propagating world wide in less than 15 minutes and resolve the few remaining image loads. We continue to work to swap our customer login image loads to our backup provider.

Our team has located the cause and we are working to resolve the interruption as quickly as possible. We will provide updates here as they are available. Subscriber sign ups, email sending, click and open tracking, and other portions of the application continue to run normally.
