    Status: Postmortem
    Update: This issue is now resolved as we have deployed and confirmed the workaround to the change in GCP behavior.
  • Time: Feb. 4, 2022, 4:33 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Those accounts affected by this issue have been manually addressed earlier today. Any future occurrences will be mitigated with the upcoming update, so we will close this incident. In case of any new issues related to GCP VM starts please report via a Nutanix Support ticket.
  • Time: Feb. 4, 2022, 12:54 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have determined that this issue is a result of a change in GCP behavior for VM starts that coincide with setting a label for the VM. A workaround is in development to accommodate this change and we expect to deploy this on Feb 4. We will update this incident once the workaround has been deployed and confirmed.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are seeing cases where VM starts are failing on Google Cloud Platform for a limited percentage of VMs. We are investigating, but at this point in time the issue appears to be limited to only some GCP regions. If you are experiencing any issues with your accounts using GCP, please stay tuned for updates here.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: AWS reports internet connectivity to their US-GOV-WEST-1 region is restored. We see all services stable for the past hour.
  • Time: Dec. 15, 2021, 4:28 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Nutanix Government Cloud services are impacted by an internet connectivity outage in the AWS GovCloud GOV-WEST-1 region. Starting at 10:15am ET we observed increased failures with logins on Frame, Beam, Flow Central, and Clusters in the GovCloud region. We also see issues with session starts and session disconnects for Frame Government users. As of 11:00am ET it appears connectivity is restored and all Nutanix Government Cloud services are back to normal. We will continue to monitor.
