Description: We have resolved the issue and users can now start new sessions again and admin access to the affected Frame Dashboard pages has been restored. The root cause was related to how some of our more recently updated backend services were affected by the US daylight savings time change. Note, that users already in sessions at the start of the incident were not affected by this issue.

Description: The issue which was causing intermittent performance has been mitigated. The Nutanix Frame Platform is working as expected.

Description: The Nutanix Systems team executed the MPR (Master Password Rotation) procedure in order to rotate the master password as required for security compliance. The process was completed but a few components of the process were reported as failed. Following the processing of the procedure, customers were unable to access the Frame Platform.
