    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: More than 90% of the feeds are back in service. We continue to work with local providers to resolve the remaining feeds, which we expect to complete in 1-2 days.

    Update: We have rolled out a fix and are expected to recover in a few hours.

    Update: We are experiencing an issue with some of Catchpoint's managed BGP peers. This will show up a smaller number of peer feeds available. We have identified the issue and working on rolling out a fix which will take several hours. We will post updates as they become available.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 15, 2023, 4:07 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We identified the issue to be related to the Needletail Agent release with Object and JavaScript API, which included a new version of OpenSSL that requires Secure Renegotiation. This caused a problem with some hosts which do not support it. We are rolling back the Needletail agent that has been deployed to specific nodes (to see the full list of nodes, please see our post here: https://nodestatus.catchpoint.com/incidents/sd09nw0g061v). Our engineering teams will be working on determining next steps.
  • Time: Sept. 15, 2023, 2:54 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are actively investigating an SSL issue that is impacting some Object tests on North America and South America backbone and cloud nodes for a subset of customers. We will continue to share updates as they become available. Please contact Support for any questions.

    Update: We detected Portal unavailability impacting a subset of users in the India region on September 14 between 19:01 to 19:08 UTC due to a CDN issue in the area. The issue has since resolved and we are actively monitoring.
